We envision the day when unconnected members of our community no longer feel unheard, unseen, or unsupported, but recognize SCV Thrive & Connect as a safe, accessible point of help, and therefore find effective connection to all aspects of the empowering whole-person care they need to overcome life’s challenges and to thrive.

In Santa Clarita, many face crisis, isolation, or instability, without knowing where to turn. We exist to change that. Through strategic partnerships, Christ-centered care, and practical resources, we walk with our neighbors from crisis to stability, and from surviving to thriving.
